Recruiters should show this to prospects to give them a more informed set of options. Family and potential recruits can see what they do, how they can be successful, what to do to prepare, and what kind of servicemen (in that MOS) do best and rise through the ranks, what people can do to have the life they want in the military., what they can do or not do to earn more money, get educated, and have a job after the military. It might help weed out people who will definitely NOT succeed in this field, or that. Hey, it worked; you got me to respond! When I enlisted back in the Dark Ages (1990), the Recruiter did have a disc system (circa late 70s tech) that featured a 5-7 minute video on each MOS, followed by a 5-7 minute video about each MOS's AIT and the respective installation each AIT then called home. I don't know if such material still exists, but I would bet it still does. I would recommend contacting a local Recruiting Office and asking them, as they are more in the business of marketing and making the sale (getting a prospect to sign the contract) than are the Installation Retention NCOs, who don't have to sell you so hard on the Army. Hope this advice helps!
