I can tell you, however, that I came in as an E4 and did my research to find out the same thing. Once I hit 36 months, I went to the board. I had heard that there were waivers as well but looked into it and found that there were none. Not at that time at least. It could be different now but you should look into that for sure.<br /><br />Best of wishes to you!
