I don't know if it's as severe, but there is definitely a system in place that's designed to feed our privatized prison system.

Are you suggesting the law enforcement and judicial systems are arresting and prosecuting (plea bargaining) cases against minorities to take away their second amendment rights?

IDK - Looking over stats like in NYC - Populations types are clustered so if you looked at a single precinct you might mistake the police there arresting members of that particular cluster-group more than other population groups.
