Is there a way to ask a question on Rallypoint to only specific groups??

For example, if someone wants to ask a question to only a certain rank, or only a certain MOS/Branch, or only a certain skillset... and only the selected group can see and interact. If not, would this be a feature other users would be interested in having? I do not have any private questions to ask right now, but the thought of this came to me earlier today.

Why no one ancers phones or return calls at the york va office ? Over the last 3 weeks calling 3 times a week & leaving message to my nurse & office cleark i get no return calls.
