I am really tired of not being able to work out my monthly budget because of no forecast of what payments I will receive. Also, as usual the VA is late paying me my Stipend (Imagine that). I'm fairly computer savvy but that Ebenefits website is crazy. I always just did the math. VA works on a 30 day month system... it gets it pretty close to the actual amount.
