Is there a way to get a business grant or loan for equipment?

I want to start cleaning things without the use of chemicals. So I was wanting to get into laser cleaning that will clean most hard surfaces without contamination of the environment. It's also low water usage that only uses the resources to make the elements for the equipment. This will help generate a stream of income for the non-profit organization I started. I was quoted with $150k to start off with, so if anyone knows of how to get this done more cost effectively, please let me know.

Good for you!! A year or two ago I would have said go to the websites for Dept. of Energy, or EPA, and look for grants that might be available... but I suspect anything like that may be gone now!

I'm just curious...what specific hard surfaces are involved...I saw numerous references...industrial surface? Artifacts? Elaborate ifmyou can, I'd be most eager to hear more...are you engineering yourself? Have you gone for relevant training? I'm genuinely interested, if you could elaborate, as I'd said....
