I had to do this to get my updated records during my break in service. You are entitled to a one time issue of all your earned ribbons and medals. They sent my list of medals to DPSC and they sent a free set.<br />SFC Bruorton is correct about MoA; not the cheapest place.<br />Could also use AAFES Clothing Sales as the next best source. I even sent them a drawing of the ribbon I wanted and have heard nothing back, it has been more then a year.
