I had to do this to get my updated records during my break in service. You are entitled to a one time issue of all your earned ribbons and medals. Also they will generate a DD 215 if your DD 214 needs updated to reflect changes after you have left service, and give you your complete service record as well. <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default">

The space is limited, you'd need to sigh it, fax it back, and not lose the reference number . Ask for!your personnel and meeicalmfiles,not you wamt both, separately, along with your decorations, any retirement/burial flags, I think, as well, and also Presidential certificates, in the case of veterans already passed away. They also build shadow boxes for your military history and can provide miniature ribbons and badges earned. They sent my list of medals to DPSC and they sent a free set.<br />SFC Bruorton is correct about MoA; not the cheapest place.<br />Could also use AAFES Clothing Sales as the next best source.
