I will be making SGT within the next 2-3 months and I hit my ROW next June (15 months out from ETS). Currently, 12T out-call for SGT is "N" and 68C in-call for SGT is "Y"Is there a way to go from a balanced to an understrength MOS?2019-09-11T08:17:27-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member5012910<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm trying to go from a 12T to 68C. But, I would say to do it now before you make SGT and aren't allowed to reclass out.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 11 at 2019 9:39 AM2019-09-11T09:39:13-04:002019-09-11T09:39:13-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member5013390<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes, but 68C doesn't accept promotable SPC and above and there are rarely any class seats.<br /><br />Of course, then you'll respond that you'll drop your P status. But if you're MLI, that's not an option. Plus the RCP for a non promotable E4 is 8 years, the class seat you'll eventually get will be about a year away, the class is a year long and the SRR is just under 3 years from graduation. So, if you already have over 3 years, you probably will not be eligible to accept the class seat, even if there is one.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 11 at 2019 10:57 AM2019-09-11T10:57:44-04:002019-09-11T10:57:44-04:00CSM Darieus ZaGara5015592<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>See your retention NCO. You keep your P status, stay on active duty the whole time attending school, come out with a BSN in nursing, and commission (which is really where you do nursing). As a 68C you have the possibility of being attached to a CHS/FH where all you do is become a tent expert n connex diver LOL!Response by SGT Edna Avitia made Sep 15 at 2019 2:06 PM2019-09-15T14:06:11-04:002019-09-15T14:06:11-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member5063023<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Go 68W!
