So currently deployed(national guard), I did an extension to go on a deployment. Original ETS was March 30 and it is now November 1st. I'm wondering if there is any way to cancel or terminate that extension?

My primary MOS is 92Y and an AGR slot finally opened up again, only way I can be promoted is getting the AGR position. I've asked several times for the forms I needed from this unit in order to put a packet together but have received no help and the help I've had, had an appointment the 1Sgt made with S1 that I couldn't make because "I needed to go to the range", I was screwed in getting. So essentially want to go ahead and ETS since I have no way to progress in my career. (E4 for the past 8years)

So is there a way to terminate or cancel an extension? Or another route I can seek?

To answer your first question: No. You extended for a deployment. You are on that deployment, so the extension is valid.

Other routes you can seek:
1. promoting in the Guard as an MDAY 92Y is tough. All unit-level 92Y NCOs and most BN and higher 92Y NCOs are AGR. You can reclass to almost any other MOS in your state and have a better chance at promoting.
2. you can try harder for AGR. Go back to your company and 1SG. You only need 3 documents that your company Readiness NCO or BN S1 can provide, and that's only if they didn't already put them in your iPERMS in the last 12 months. You also need one from the S2, but the rest are docs you get from your company, your iPERMS and AKO, or fill out on your own:
•NGB Form 34-1, NGB Form 34-2: should be on the AGR website.
•Current MEDPROS Individual Medical Readiness (IMR): AKO
•Applicants in the grade of E4 and below or recently promoted E5s, must submit at least one current letter of recommendation in lieu of NCOERs. Ensure that this letter is dated within 45 days of effective date of vacancy announcement and that it highlights job assignment, duties and capabilities. Your 1SG or CO.
•Certified Copy of ERB and PQR: your own iPERMS, or your Readiness NCO or S1.
•DA 1506: download and fill out
•Current RPAM Statement: your Readiness NCO or S1
•DA Photo, Soldiers in the grade of E4 and E5, a a ¾ length photo in OCP: your phone
•Enlisted Biographical Summary; you type that.
•Certified copy of ASVAB/AFCT scores. REDD report or DD Form 1966-1: your iPERMS.
•Certified copy of current DA Form 705: your iPERMS or Company.
•Certified copy of current DA Form 5500 / DA Form 5501 as applicable: your iPERMS or Company.
•Security Clearance Letter of Verification. (Letter of Verification can be obtained from the Brigade Security Manager).
•Current DMV print out (within six months): your state DMV website.

I have what I was able to obtain, I just got to this unit a month ago as a replacement so everything I've done here hasn't been updated in iperms yet. Been requesting the information not available to me for the past week. But thanks for help

SPC Ginn, another option you may want to consider is transitioning to the Army Reserves. There is no shortage of opportunities for promotion, you have the flexibility to transfer units across state lines any time, and if AGR is your goal, you have a high possibility of getting accepted as a junior enlisted, provided you meet the entry requirements.
When you are near the end of your tour, you can submit a 368 to be released from the Guard. Once you are assigned to a new unit, you can then submit a AGR application.
