Is there any Army flight CW4 or 5 within 300 miles from Fort Rucker, AL who is willing to meet with me and possibly write an LOR?

I'd love to meet any pilot willing to speak with me and would be willing to travel wherever, but for sake of my packet and LORs the higher the rank the better.

There’s probably 300+ flight CW4 or CW5’s in Ft Rucker lol. Ok maybe not that many but enough. You just gotta get out to the flight companies and network. Have you asked WO recruiters if you even need a letter from a Senior CWO? You might be able to get one from an O4 and above as well. Are you trying to go Warrant and give up your O rank? I knew an O2 that did that. Ran into him in Iraq during OIF. He said it was the right move.
