It&#39;s same reason 10 years ago AR 670-1 did not address how to wear a turban, or that Permanent makeup AKA eyebrow or eyeliner tattoos are allowed and under what conditions or dozens of other specific issues over the years...There was no need at the time. If fadish eyebrow art is going to be a thing our military members what to show off, that too will be addressed in future editions or AR 670-1

I dint recall the exact reg but its aling the same lines as sunburns. <br />Also jokes aside: Soldiers are required to present a neat and professional appearance. Slits in the eyebrows is not professional. Also I am pretty sire thats a gang thing so theres that aspect.
