Is there any army regulation that covers eyebrows?

Is there any army regulation that covers eyebrows? For example: a soldier shows up to formation with three slits in each eyebrow.

AR 670-1 covers physical appearance. Eyebrows are only mentioned in reference to makeup and headgear.

Nothing specific about that in AR nor DA Pam that I can find. I'm always amazed by how people will push that envelop and tell me that "well, the regs don't say I CAN'T...."

Why does it matter if they have slits in their eyebrows? I'm just failing to see how that detracts from anything.

Did you bother to look in AR 670-1 or the DA pam before you posted on here?

I'd venture to say more than a few commanders will view eye-brow "art" as not in keeping with a military professional appearance.

As for why no specific verbiage addressing eyebrows???? It's same reason 10 years ago AR 670-1 did not address how to wear a turban, or that Permanent makeup AKA eyebrow or eyeliner tattoos are allowed and under what conditions or dozens of other specific issues over the years...There was no need at the time. If fadish eyebrow art is going to be a thing our military members what to show off, that too will be addressed in future editions or AR 670-1

Well I can say I have a few scars on my eyebrows from getting hit in the face..

hard for the government to say no.. but scars from fights will not ever be "uniform" so you could go "gang affiliation" route.

destruction of military property (them). I dint recall the exact reg but its aling the same lines as sunburns.
Also jokes aside: Soldiers are required to present a neat and professional appearance. Slits in the eyebrows is not professional. Also I am pretty sire thats a gang thing so theres that aspect.
