Is there any possible way to re-class even if there is a Y in the out Column at my Grade/MOS ?

You can move from a balanced to an understrength MOS. You'll need a flight physical for MOS 15W. Most CMF 15 jobs are closed to SPC(P) and above, but it don't think the UAV jobs are.

A Y in the out column means you can reclass. Need to have Y in your out column and Y in the new MOS in column.
The packet MOS' usually can accept people regardless of In/Out calls - CMFs 18, 37, 38, CID, 12P, etc...

I apologize I meant to put a N in the out column SFC. Would it still be possible to reclass with a N in the out colum or am I stuck in this MOS?
