Is there any updated law or policy that provides compensation to children of Agent Orange victims? What can be done to pursue this issue?

My father as a 3x deployed Vietnam Veteran. He passed away with Agent Orange exposure being accredited with his death. The VA only allows for women who have children with birth defects to be allowed compensation, while all of his children have either died (died of cancer at 34), (born with cancer), or have medical issues. Is there anything on the books that has this updated? What can be done to pursue this issue? Are there other proven cases? The way this is currently worded for C&P is extremely outdated.
