Is there anyway to get my old 1059 removed or moved to restricted? It's filed in my iperms as a referred report under AER-R. Is there any way to appeal a 1059 from ALC? 2021-08-10T18:47:19-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 7173308

I was dropped from ALC for misconduct five years ago. I mean, you did get removed from the course but you then went back and successfully completed it and got promoted so it doesn't appear to have held you back.

For SFC and higher, when they review records they look at a whole person concept. It does depend on each individual looking at the file but if they see you overcame whatever it is that got you removed, it may not reflect poorly. It may ultimately depend on what the misconduct was but snice you have DUI as a tag, is that it? I’m certain that appeals happen during the issue of the 1059. Once it has been accepted for record, unless there is an Dami’s test I’ve error… it stands Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 12 at 2021 2:30 AM 2021-08-12T02:30:47-04:00 2021-08-12T02:30:47-04:00 2021-08-10T18:47:19-04:00
