Is there any web site that tells you how many medals have you earned? Or promotion points?

Those records should be visible in iPERMS and easily summed up on your SRB, however nothing about the process is automated. Both of those systems require people to take action to keep things updated. While you might think that’s someone in the S1’s job to keep your records up to date, you must remember that nobody cares about you and your career as much as you should. Maintain copies of everything, both physically and digitally. Keep your “I Love Me” book current and accurate. If someone ever says “we need a copy of that certificate” or “do you have that promotion order,” it should not be hard for you to resolve the issue. Just NEVER trust that someone else will do it for you.

Once you’re looking at promotion boards, take that big binder of goodies into your S1 and make sure iPERMS and your SRB are in top-top shape. Amazing how many people get their first look for promotion (Officers and NCOs alike) with zero effort put into putting your best foot forward from a records and packet perspective. Believe me, board members notice those things.

Any medals you have earned will come with orders awarding said medal or the times of service which are entitled to an award (medal). Promotion points are a concern when making SGT (E-5) or SSG (E-6). I would cross the bridge when you get there. Always good to be proactive though. Good luck.
Hope this helps you PVT Tortolero.

Yes, it's called iPERMS. An award cannot be reflected on your ARB unless it is historically captured in iPERMS first. Its a congressional mandate.
