I am on P14-18. Not sure about the process for AMEDD officers/providers, but I'm expecting a painful waiting period until the scroll gets signed by OSD (based on previous promotions and current state of the process).

Yes, and it looks like it may be several months before approval? My guess is early next year. I suspect specialty branches all go through the same process.

How many days has it been since it was "created"? It seems like P14-18 has been sitting at "0" days in approval cycle for three-plus weeks, but I may be wrong. As for the process for AMEDD officers, it's exactly the same. I'm a 65D (physician assistant) and my promotions have in the past on average taken 4-6 months. At this rate, we'll be lucky to see LTC by next summer. When was your state order signed?

I put out the ask on the average time for orders to be cut and one CPT said it took 10 months from her state order to her fedrec completion and federal orders to be cut.

I'm on P13-18 and my packet has a status of awaiting the Dep Chief of Staff Personal for quite sometime. The packet is on day 41 of the DOD approval cycle....My state promotion order came through June 28

ALCON we have been at day 67 for a couple of days. A contact at NGB had said the scroll tracker was broken and a timeline has not been set to fix it (see attached picture for proof of life). WTF does that even mean? Has anyone on our scroll have any updates? I believe we are on day 77 still at the ASA (M&RA)

Yep. Looks like it is stuck at the Asst Sec Army, Man, Res Affairs. It has been sitting at 67 days for a few weeks now. Not sure what the heck is going on.

While it may not indicate any actual movement in getting orders published, I just received the 'Proceeding of Federal Recognition Examination' document in my iPERMS which was completed/dated the date of my State Recognition Order. My guess is that it is part of the packet that is sitting in the OSD currently, hopefully this means we are getting close. If not, maybe this is just someone in my state catching up on things that should have been iPERM'd months ago...

The NGB Fed Rec tracker is working again. We are at 124 days sitting at the OSD. Our scroll is red due to us being at one office longer than normal.

Is anyone showing your new rank through AKO, MyPay, etc? I submitted my FEDREC Orders through my chain of command. Not sure if it's a "my State" issue or across the board. I don't remember it taking this long to hit all the systems when I got promoted to CPT.
