Is there anyone that could help me with building a officer package for the Navy?

Currently in service and working towards my bachelors degree. I need some assistance to how to build an outstanding package to hopeful get selected to SWO on the TAR/FTS side.

How much longer do you have left on your degree?
Are you currently TAR? The navy doesn't normally commission directly into the TAR community unless you are TAR enlisted. I know they just opened a program for TAR AMDO. I would be happy to take a look at what you have so far and provide some guidance.

Are you trying to go LDO or SWO? Wouldn't SWO require you to attend OCS?
My son is Navy, but there are not a lot of active/current reserve Navy on the board.

So yes, after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree you can apply via an officer package for SWO while being currently AD/TAR/RD. I’m trying to go the route of putting a package together and applying then going to the 3 months of OCS as prior enlisted service.
