Now I am PCSing from OCONUS to CONUS in first week of OCT (hence new fiscal year). Is there any way/any memo CDR can sign to extend my use/loose leave for 1-2 months? I will be taking PCS leave in October. Is there anyway to extend use/loose leave into next fiscal year?2019-07-26T19:59:31-04:00CW2 Private RallyPoint Member4851865

Hello,
I have around 25 use/loose leave set to expire 30SEP19. Unless your co asked you to not take it.Response by CW4 Craig Urban made Jul 26 at 2019 8:07 PM2019-07-26T20:07:14-04:002019-07-26T20:07:14-04:00LTC Jason Mackay4851953

CW2 Private RallyPoint Member unlikely.

SLA: https://www.hrc.army.mil/content/Leaves%20and%20Passes

Doesn't sound like your situation qualifies for SLA. Choosing not to go on leave because you’re overseas is not a justification. Good luck to you....Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 27 at 2019 12:19 AM2019-07-27T00:19:51-04:002019-07-27T00:19:51-04:002019-07-26T19:59:31-04:00
