<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>This needs to be addressed by the COC. If the COC is the problem then go to the next level. Maybe you arent the only one in the unit that are having these issues. It needs to be addressed by the people that can affect change. I can guarantee that if you even try to submit any paperwork like a 4187 requesting a transfer, that this wont make it off of the 1SG's desk if he isn't aware of the issue or hasn't been able to even address the issue. COC is your first stop to address this. Good luck to you. Oh before you go straight to the command, ensure you first line supervisor is aware of the issue as well. Unless they are the issue, then take it to your 1SG.MSG Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 13 Dec 2019 10:03:38 -05002019-12-13T10:03:38-05:00Response by SPC(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 13 at 2019 10:11 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It sounds like what you need to speak to your COC and or higher. If you have these issues diagnosed, I hope you are seeking professional assistance.CSM Darieus ZaGaraFri, 13 Dec 2019 15:04:41 -05002019-12-13T15:04:41-05:00Response by CH (CPT) Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 15 at 2019 8:38 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Based on comments in your responses, there may be some misunderstanding. Unfortunately this is common when info flows down thru the levels. Company can't cancel your MEB. That could only come from providers. My bet is that in addition to the MEB, they are initiating separation procedures, so that when the files hit the CGs desk, he has all the information needed to determine the best COA. Dual MEB/UCMJ packets are common when, at the end of the day, it is clear that continued military service is not advisable. Don't panic (no pun intended).
