Is there still a stop call list out there to prevent unwanted calls?

Donotcall.gov is the national do not call registry. It won't block calls from businesses you have done business with or signed up with in the past. If you receive unwanted calls after signing up, you can always go online to the same site and make a complaint. Hope this helps!

Anytime! Just know that even if you file a complaint, it doesn't necessarily mean anything. It's just a tracking mechanism for the FCC to use to eventually (never) prosecute the companies. One thing I love about my iPhone 6 is that I can block them directly after the first time they call me.

What is really unfortunate is to get a new phone number when you move only to discover that the previous user was a deadbeat. I have been harrassed for four years
by every collection agency in the US and offshore. There is no stopping them because
they resell their uncollectible accounts all the time and refuse to update their files.

SSG Mikus just gave me this WEBSITE. http://www.donotcall.gov/
The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls at home. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it has been on the registry for 31 days. If they do, you can file a complaint at this Website. You can register your home or mobile phone for free.
