Is there VA loan process or exception by my Reserve unit to get COE in good faith that I will complete my 6 years?

5.5 years in active reserves, no title 10 active duty yet.
I know rule is 6 years for reservist go get Va Home loan.

For my new home construction, builder can’t wait another six months to close.

Is there mechanism or exception by the unit to get COE in good faith that I will complete my 6 years in 6 months ?

Talk to your lender or bank about getting a six month bridge loan to get you to six years when you can activate your VA loan.

It sounds like you're a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic in the Reserve and you're looking to get a VA Home Loan, but you haven't quite completed your 6 years of service yet.
