Is this Article 15 punishment necessary or abuse?

Before anyone comments saying that I am a 11B in a line unit and I should suck it up, well just don't. My orders got messed up in airborne school and I got sent to Third Army USARCENT. I got injured in a non combat but in uniform incident while I was overseas. Since ive had neurological issues. The medication im on makes it hard for me to wake up in the morning. If all this is true, and your Chain of Command and doctors are refusing to work with you it really sounds to me like you've got grounds for an IG Complaint.

I just don't want to fight this Article 15 along with going to IG if nothing is gonna change. Im already working on my medical stuff which is the first step for being chaptered out for violating chapter 18 which is a automatic honorable discharge. I feel the people here " my leadership who use to be 1SG and now is my NCOIC" will just plot even more against me because im just a issue in the daily duty day because I cant do much without them making me break my profile. He works so close to the new 1SG that 1Sg is always calling him to ask his opinion on this and that. We basically have 2 1SG's because my NCOIC still walks around acting like he runs the show and makes it impossible in my eyes for these people here to reach out and help
