This discussion forum apparently collaborates all subjects together into a single community. I've yet to figure out how to segregate discussion topics other than on the computer.

If you're using iPhone, you cannot see the discussion category, but on a bigger screen the information on topic is much more comprehensive. Also it is up to readers to select filtering categories

If you're focusing on career and transition, you need to indicate in your heading as such. Also you can still change heading and the body of your question to make it easier to understand by clicking 'edit'

Just remember that it will be listed under 'all discussions' by default unless members click specific filtering category. Hope it helps! I believe you are asking if this forum is for helping with finding civilian employment. If that is the case you can search specifically for for those topics by selecting "Employment and Transition" under "Answers" at the top of the page. That will filter out all the other discussions on here. Also there is the 'Career Corner' with information on some military friendly employers that you may want to check out. I did read the question and see what everyone is talking about. What I am trying to figure out is what is the purpose really? I posted one day about helping people find a new career and my post was removed. I was told it was not what this was for. If we are not here to help people transition out of the military then whey is this called "Employment & Transition"? SFC(P) Tobias M.
