My favorite was the one where a guy bought a new motorhome put it on cruise control then got up and went into the back to make a sandwich. The motorhome crashed and he sued the dealership and won. Maybe we would not have stupid lawsuits if people did not win them all the time. Some subtle differences in the Process though. My Favorite one was an Author that Outed a Nazi Doctor in England. The Doctor sued him for Slander. The Doctor Won since his name was ruined but the award was 1/2 a Pence which is the Lowest Denomination in British Currency. Unfortunately the Author also had to pay the Court Cost and Lawyers Fees.
