Is USAF FTA ETP Retraining into 1D7X1 possible for non-3DXXX's?

If I have my CompTIA Security+ SY0-501, is there any way (waiver, additional ETP, etc.) I can retrain into 1D7X1 Cyber Defense & Network Ops under FTA Retraining, or is it 100% closed to all except 3DXXX's?

I recommend adding more tags related to the MOS/AFSC(s), reclassification, etc.

SSgt Nathan Conley - Type the letters slowly to see what applicable options show from the drop-down menu. The tag needs to exist already to show. Mods including SSG(P) James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" and SGT Ben Keen can help as well.
