Just a sugfestion, I&#39;d keep it somewhat neutral if you&#39;re looking for civilian work...some thing about emailing someone with an email about a job offer that starts with killemall...some would think twice. How (un)professional is your email?<br /><br />Some folks have never really thought about it, but is your email address holding you back? I switched to manoverboard922@ when I graduated boot camp (my boot camp division was 922). Now I just use jacobdronzin@... most of the time. Now this is a brand new E3 emailing is squadron POC who is and E6. The email address was ultimatemagicalswordsman1@. <br /><br />The first thing that came to mind was, seriously? This is the email address a new Airman gives thier Unit to contact him with?<br /><br />Then it occurred to me....who had ultimatemagicalswordsman@ that actually required this guy to use the 1. I keep mine professional. I just use my first and last name. I would hate to see the spam folder now.<br /><br />What scares me, though, is the idea of a Former Marine adjusting my back...it is straightening now just thinking about it!
