It is well documented that Russia doesn't like President Obama (the same for Israel and England). So, what nations are sorry to see him go?

I have many relatives in Germany and friends in Canada. Folks from both of those countries seem to have a much higher opinion of Obama than US citizens do.
Why, I don't know. But they really love him.

MCPO Roger Collins - That's true. His constant apologies for America probably helped too. I have noticed that many foreign countries accuse Americans of being "arrogant" but at the same time are always asking us to bail them out. Its an interesting paradox.

I suspect their media is much more objective and unbiased in their coverage of our politicians. Our media tends to lean towards one political side or the other, and our voters tend to choose the media sources that reinforce their own preferences. Thus, a substantial portion of our population is always more openly critical of our own politicians whenever their preferred party is out of power. Conservatives loudly criticize a Democratic President, and liberals loudly criticize a Republican President. In America, someone is always loud.
