I could see a coalition of Veteran-Friendly companies getting together to have a place for Veterans to go and request mentors through the company's military employee resource groups, but to me, that would be the only plausible route that would bear any real fruit.<br /><br />It all comes down to who can create a business case for something like that, that in turn would provide companies with a talent pipeline for them that would also drive down the cost per hire.
