What are my options? Just ETS'd now want to reenlist, am I too late, do I have any options? 2015-10-06T22:14:02-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 1022302 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I recently ETS'd and have quickly realized that I actually would rather be in the Army on active duty. That'll get you one big fat foot in the door. Get to your recruiter. Swapping from IRR to Reserves or NG or Active. Use anything you can to get your foot back in the door, and then use that to shove your entire body back in. Depending on the needs of the Army, they may not want prior service in your MOS. Guard and Reserve are always good options.
