That makes perfect sense. Revealing the details before a deal is finalized could potentially serve to undermine the deal. Just look at Congress's actions, trying to sabotage a deal before any specifics have even been laid out. So really, even if it is true, I don't have a problem with it. It is a matter crucial to our national security, and wouldn't be the first time diplomatic issues have been kept secret. SGT Tyler G.
