Leaders what type of Soldiers are you receiving from AIT?

Are they physically fit? Are the discipline? Do you feel they are not properly prepared for the operational Army when they arrive?

Green and ready to learn for the most part. Most show up ready to go. Its just after a short period of time they start to slide in the wrong directions. Some fall back into old bad habits that they joined the Army to get away from and some just hanging with the wrong Soldiers. I'd say for the most part they come out of AIT just as green eager as they always have.
