I haven&#39;t had a situation come up that warranted canceling my policy. Overall, for the premium benefit the cost was pretty reasonable for me, i.e. less than 75 bucks a month. Some financial planners have told me I don&#39;t need it, but as soon getting rid of it a person seems to wish they hadn&#39;t.
