Some VA facilities host non-VA legal service providers that can assist Veterans free of charge. Click hereto see a list of those legal service clinics. The VA Veterans Justice Outreach Specialist at the closest VA Medical Center may be another source of information about the clinics.

SPC Swensen, as mentioned by Mr. Roberts, there are programs available for assistance through the VA. In addition, the American Bar Association sponsors a program called the Military Pro Bono Project to assist active duty military members with legal issues. They also have a program to assist veterans with disability claims. Feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
