I jumped up put him at attention called his company commander and said come pick up in 5 min. He would not take a article 15. My battalion commander Ron hite went to the Discom commander and they appointed an available captain. Waiting for command. The captain was a Mormon too. Nobody checked he came off a duty roster. He let this sp/5 off.
