PTSD is very hard to deal with. I am going through therapy now. I'm glad I have finally reached out and asked for help.

i'm getting help and it helps I see my shrink every 3 months shes helpful by tele chat programs great shes from another town and I go to clinic they set up chat and what a lot of help its been but I still suffer from bipolar1 and emontional depression they are working on a case from V.A. SERVICE OFFICER HAS HIS HANDSFULL TO !!! pppppphhhhheeeeeeeeewwww

I had a Mormon sp/5 at fort ord tell my Lt I have do not have all fxxx day. I jumped up put him at attention called his company commander and said come pick up in 5 min. He would not take a article 15. My battalion commander Ron hite went to the Discom commander and they appointed an available captain. Waiting for command. The captain was a Mormon too. Nobody checked he came off a duty roster. He let this sp/5 off. Cost him his career and the sp/5.
