I know this has been asked many times, but somehow i am confused with HRC as to where to find it.
Previous responses were like this , under the Active Enlisted Jr Promotions Info Link on the HRC website
But where is the path for the same.

Read AR 600-8-19, para 3-18.
Short version is 4 points per week of resident courses (there are several exceptions in 3-18b(2)) and 1 point per 5 hours of correspondence courses.
