However, I have heard the vessels struggle in open waters (though that is not their intended usage zone, they do have to cross open oceans to get to their operations). I think this is a case of the military doing multi-mission/modularity correctly as opposed to the US Army&#39;s modular brigade combat team which seeks to counter all missions with a single design.
