Live to work or work to live, what type of person are you? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/live-to-work-or-work-to-live-what-type-of-person-are-you <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>This question is geared towards those of us who have transitioned and are now working in the civilian word.  Are you the type of person who is totally dedicated to your career that your personal life is non-existent (live to work)? Or are the type of person who puts in a full effort at work, but knows that there is more to life than their career (work to live)? Does your employer encourage (or discourage) you to be either one of these types?<br>I do consider myself to be a work to live type of person. Once I'm on track and achieving my goals, I may very well become a live to work person. My current employer definitely tries to encourage people to be the live to work type.. You could be standing there with your guts in your hands and they'd be like "So you're going to stay and work, right?"
