Lol<br />It doesn&#39;t take that long to look at rank. I like rank on the sleeves or the collar, but up front isn&#39;t all bad. I have seen some people stare at women and then come up with some cockamamie excuse like I was looking to see you rank. Well you were 3 feet away and looking for 10 seconds. I hardly think it takes you that long to figure out she is a PFC. I agree with you. I would prefer rank on the collar. Even when deployed I rarely used the "mandarin" collar on my ACUs. If the collar cannot be used, then I would prefer the rank be placed on the sleeve, but this leaves an interesting gap for Warrant Officers and Officers alike. My final assessment would be to place the rank back on the collar. As if you are wearing the “mandarin” collar, you should be wearing body armor and your rank will be on it, or you will be wearing a combat shirt and then this issue is mute.
