When I was at Bragg I went to the flight line and went to one of the companies and just talked to some WO’s. Most are extremely happy to help or at least point you in the right direction. If you can’t reach out on here. I looked up the top CW3 on RP and asked her to review the summary portion of my resume. Talk to company aviators at both locations until you find the Warrant Officer that will be willing to interview you and potentially write you a letter. If they aren't initially willing to, find out what they are looking for. Have your packet complete and with you so that they see you are serious about your future. Good luck and I am sure you will end up successful in your endeavor to get a letter.
