Looking for Petty Officers from all rates that want to be contributors to the new navy elearning advancement website that I created.

The advancement I learned is evals matter more so better suck up. Never scored below the 80th percentile but stayed an e-5 for 5.5 out of my 10 years. Each command said I did outstanding and gave a NAM with an awesome write up but kicking but at doing your job is not enough now days. Be mediocre kiss butt and check your boxes you're good. Just ask any 365 first class or CPO.
