Basically, the submitter makes the form and sends it to next level for signatures/corrections. The S1, originator, and signer all get a CC and there is a trail showing when it was opened, returned, signed etc. <div><br></div><div>If you are familiar with Access you can have a database that will track all the inprocessing data/ personnel info.
