Looking to put together a flight packet, however there are no pilots at my duty station to ask for LOR. How can i go about this?

So I’m at a pretty small post, no pilots here at all. The warrant recruiters stated you need LORs from warrants in your desired MOS so I’m not quite sure what to do.

Like MSG (Join to see) suggested, I'd certainly start by trying to network with some WO's on RP. Thats's why we're here!

If I were in your shoes I would search for an Aviation unit and reach out to a couple of their pilots. It takes a W3 to write your letter for you. With that being said you will write your letter and send it to that Warrant. I am in a CAB unit and work by pilots all day long. Send me an message on here and I will try and get you in touch with one of them.

Ok, the CG has an assigned chopper. There are a couple of pilots on the installation. Ask you CSM to set up a meeting often. The birds may not reside on the main base but they are there. Thank you for your service.
