LOR’s for WOFT and chances of being selected by WOFT board?

I am looking to establish contact(s) with senior Army aviation Warrant Officers as I am currently putting together my WOFT packet. Currently have letters of recommendation from a NY state judge, a Sergeant Major in the Army, a Purple Heart veteran, and the President/Owner of a local business that’s respected and has roots throughout the community. I do not personally know any senior aviation Warrant Officers, hence why I’m trying to establish and leverage said connections any ways possible, recommendations are appreciated.

Bit of background:
College graduate with B.S. in Marketing and unfortunately, a less than stellar 2.63 GPA. My only justification for the poor GPA could be attributed to working a full time job (sometimes more than 50 hours a week) in a management position throughout college (leadership and employee training done frequently in the position). I volunteered all throughout college for multiple different community organizations in addition to participating for 4 years in a club within the university. I’m quite confident that I’d not only pass the PT requirements, but score in the 240-270 range. ASVAB: 98 with a 136 GT score (hopefully that would compensate somewhat for my poor college GPA).

Any recommendations and/or opinions on my chances of selection? And where/how to leverage CW3,4,5’s contacts for LOR’s? Thank you in advance for any input.Wed, 26 Aug 2020 11:45:40 -0400LOR’s for WOFT and chances of being selected by WOFT board?

Active or Guard/Reserve? If NG or Res try looking for a aviation unit close to you to find some one. Active will be more difficult, but not impossible. hopefully an active aviator can chime in.CW3 Kevin StormWed, 26 Aug 2020 12:36:27 -04002020-08-26T12:36:27-04:00Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 28 at 2020 10:29 AM

2.63 is not less than stellar. People tend to forget that a 2.0 is average not below average. If everyone is pulling down a 3.0 or better, it.doesnt mean much. Working full time as a student speaks volumes.CW5 Mark SmithSun, 30 Aug 2020 00:28:48 -04002020-08-30T00:28:48-04:00Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 18 at 2021 9:25 PM
