LTC Private RallyPoint Member 115853 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am sure that I will get many comments but my frustration would be pushed to those that don't see the same as I do. How do I help/keep my peers and superiors in the picture of being relevant in their job. I feel like in many positions I have held, I mentor up. I don't mind being a team player nor do I mind helping others. I do however get tired of always looking up and getting disappointed. I don't claim to be a know it all nor have all the answers. I received today that helps bolster my argument in maintaining relevancy and pushing to understand the future of sustaining the warfighter. How do I push my "agenda".
