I can give the philosophy of gender neutral grading an example. Give the both know how to box, we tell a 140 lbs. woman to box a 220 lbs. man. It would be absurd.

Looks like tattoos showing while on duty is acceptable now. My opinion: a little overdone in this illustration...

Been that way for some time now. Personally, I've seen higher morale in some soldiers because they're allowed to do what they'd like with their bodies and express themselves. as far as tattoos go, no hands, neck, face/head. One ring finger tattoo allowed on each hand though. Newly implemented, females can also have pony tails and wear earrings in uniform.
