Man Executed in Missouri for Kidnapping, Raping, and Murdering 15 Year Old

This man kidnapped, raped, and murdered a 15 year old girl by stabbing her multiple times. He plead guilty and 25 years later, the death sentence was carried out.

Do you feel like 25 years in this case is too much time to carry out such a sentence? If not, please explain your position. If so, what can be done within our justice system to expedite such sentences in these cases?

Bah Bye. I am actually against Capital Punishment both Morally (Yes I have some not many Morals though) and from a purely Fiscally Conservative point of view. The Time involved though is a very good query considering how many cases have come to have proven false by the Innocence Project and how many at a later date after execution have proven to be Innocent. I think there should be a very long time to make sure that no more Innocent Men are Murdered by the State by False Information.

because of the appeal process and how long it takes to get the appeals seen and the continuances and all of the other horse shit they hang around that long. I say they should be fast tracked and take precedence over all other cases and then carry out the penalty!
