Many military members are great support to civilians on RP. Is there a way for RP civilians to officially endorse them?

I'm not sure really; I do know you have to be connected first though to be able to endorse anyone.

This is an excellent question for SSG James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" who seems to have a pretty good handle on all things RP. In the meantime just message s/he and say you appreciate their support, input, etc and find their posts helpful, etc. I'm sure people would be more than happy to receive such a note from you.
