More than likely my vote will go towards Trump because I can not support Hillary and I'd be afraid of Sanders winning. Originally, I was hoping for Carson to do better, but he dropped out before my primary. Originally I had voted for Cruz simply because he was the closest frontrunner. At the time it was my belief that if the candidacy came down to Trump vs Hillary, I didn't think Trump would be able to stand against her. So my vote was more strategic than anything. I figured Cruz would hold a better chance in the debates against Hillary because he's a politician and he knows how to talk like one.<br /><br />Trump knows how to work a crowd. He's very charismatic. He might not know everything involved in regards to running a Country, but if elected, I hope he surrounds himself with the best and brightest for his cabinet. The last businessman to make a credible run at the presidency was ol' Ross Perot in 1992 - and while I enjoyed his plain speech, and common sense approach but I didn't vote for him. <br /><br />The reason? No direct experience in government. Electing an outsider to "break the system" sounds great, but in the end, we'd be worse off, with an under-qualified chief executive and a system that would still be broken. <br /><br />Hillary has her problems too. She's clumsy and commits unforced errors on the campaign trial. She is beholden to large corporate donors. She comes across as being very shady.
